RC-D series C-frame double station rubber injection machine is developed based on RC series RIM, which is able to realize double-station operation. It is composed of injection unit, c-frame clamping unit and two slidable stations.

Energy-saving, Low operation cost
The output of Servo-driven system is completely based on the required pressure and flow of machine, which is able to eliminate the reactive power consumption. The power consumption is only 70% compared with equal proportional pressure & flow control method, which obviously reduce the cost of electricity and save 50 kWh /day.
Powerful data managing function
The key production parameter can be saved; the production quality can be controlled. Production record, parameter correction and mould parameter can be saved or downloaded by USB.
Less space occupation and manpower
Two sets of mould can be worked simultaneously on the RC-D series C-frame double station rubber injection machine, and its space occupation is only 70% of two single station machines.
High precision
The rubber injection molding machine adopts high precision pressure sensor and servo motor to make real-time comparison of pressure and flow during working period.
Cylinder latch is adopted to limit the mould position accurately, which guarantee the correct position line of upper and lower moulds during mould exchanging.
The hydraulic cylinder adopts specialized guided steel strip as friction surface which is stable, reliable and enduring.
Swift dynamic response
High performance pump with servo synchronic motor is featured with fast response and short deceleration distance, which enhances the speed and stability.

Cooling water saving
Since the hydraulic system eliminates the reactive power, the cooling water is no longer required for oil tank; and the temperature of oil tank is lower than 55℃ during continuously working.
