Plastic pipe haul-off unit is provided with servo drive system to guarantee the synchronization of the track and the hauling speed. Wide range of adjustment and adaptivity of pneuma lock can guarantee stable operation under various working condition. It is applicable for processing pipes with the diameter from 16mm to 2000mm.
Features
1. Crawler track with servo motor realizes precise synchronization driving.
2. With pneumatic flexible clamping, the upper crawler belt can adapt per the pipe specification variation and keeps good contact pressure with the pipe; the lower crawler belt can be electrically adjusted to the required haul-off position per the pipe specification.
3. High friction rubber pad connects with the chain.
