RVSe servo drive vertical rubber injection machine consists of a vertical injection unit and a vertical clamping unit. It adopts PLC intelligent control system and servo motor drive system to realize complete automatic productive process including melting, injection, and vulcanization, moulding process. The rubber injection molding machine is widely applied to automobile, electric power and civil industries such as cylinder cushions, sealing parts, cable connectors and pipe connectors, etc.
Features
Energy saving, Low operating cost
The output of servo system is completely based on the required pressure and flow of machine, which is able to eliminate the reactive energy consumption. The electricity consumption is only 50% of equal proportional pressure and proportional flow control method.
High repeatability
RVSe servo drive vertical rubber injection machine adopts high precision pressure sensor, servo motor and high precision encoder. The pressure and flow are under real time comparison during operation; operation error is controlled by specific PID controller with high control accuracy.
Swift dynamic response
High performance plunger pump combined with synchro servo motor can improve speed and stability, which is featured with fast response and short deceleration distance.
Instant power consumption management system
The rubber injection molding machine is equipped with electronic wattmeter so that the instant power consumption data will be analyzed by B&R S98 controller.
Low noise
The machine can create a quiet working environment even if it is under the condition of high pressure clamping and injection.
Less cooling water
It is no need to cool oil tank due to the less heat from hydraulic system. Because the hydraulic system eliminates the reactive energy consumption, so that the temperature of oil tank is lower than 55℃ under the condition of continuous running.
